The maximum liability of Keyfill Technologies shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service in question during the preceding 12 months.

Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the service engagement. This includes client data, business strategies, and technical specifications. Confidentiality obligations shall survive the termination of this agreement.

We will not disclose your information to third parties without prior written consent, except where required by law or as necessary to provide our services.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

Our collection, use, and protection of personal data are governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the data practices outlined in our Privacy Policy. We comply with applicable data protection laws and international standards for data security.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination:

• All services will cease on the specified termination date
• You remain responsible for payment of services rendered up to the termination date
• We will return or delete your data as per your request and applicable laws
• Confidentiality obligations will continue post-termination

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. The courts of Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

Any disputes arising from these terms shall first be subject to mediation. If mediation fails, disputes will be resolved through arbitration or litigation as applicable under Indian law.
